Cycling and Mountainbike

Start of the route in Antholz - Niedertal up to the Staller Saddle down into the Deffreggental (Osttirol) turn left into the Patschertal; easy ascent up to the Klammljoch, an attractive mountain lake invites for a break - now you enjoy a rapid decent until the Knuttenalm over the Reintal until Sand in Taufers Turn back over the cycle track over Bruneck until the Messnerwirt. Km 95;
difference in attitude 2620m; start 1110m; highest point 2290

Start at the Messnerwirt - to Rasen, turn left into the Pustertaler cycle track, bike further until Innichen (with kids we consider to start in Innichen) continue on the cycle track to Sillian, Assling until Lienz. Return via train.

Start at the  Messnerwirt - bike to Rasen, turn right into the Pustertaler cycle track, bike until Bruneck turn right and follow the cycle track Ahrntal until Sand in Taufers. The castle and the water falls can be visited in Sand in Taufers. Same way back to Antholz

Start in Antholz Niedertal up on the forest way until the Langegger Alm, further on the way to the farm Mudler. After Mudler turn right, follow the trail 20, turn back over to the starting point over the  nature didactic trail.
Starting point: Antholz - Niedertal 1110 m; highest point 1880m;

Start at the hotel, bike until Rasen, turn left into the Pustertaler cycle track, bike further until Toblach, turn left, direction Cortina and continue until the lake Toblach. Take the same way back to the starting point.

Bike tour Antholz - Pragsertal Plätzwiese - Schluderbach - Toblach (difficult)
Start from the Messnerwirt - bike to Rasen , turn left into the Pustertaler cycle track, bike until the crossing to the Pragsertal, now it goes easily upward to the high plateau Plätzwiese, cross it and decend down to Schluderbach; turn left until Toblach, turn back on the cycle track to the Messnerwirt in Antholz.
